The spot is convenient, there are plenty of places to wander nearby, several subway lines intersect, the airport bus is easy to catch, and the staff are friendly and proactively help with check‑in/check‑out; the lobby is spacious, a 24‑hour 7‑11 is on the same floor, and you can leave luggage after checkout. It’s a four‑star hotel, but the overall feel doesn’t match that rating; the hair dryer in the bathroom is wall‑mounted and weak, the pull‑down mirror is mounted too high—at 162 cm I had to prop my feet up to see it, and it can’t be lowered. There’s no cup for rinsing, so you have to use the mug in the room, and the free tea and coffee packs are mediocre.

“最高のロケーション”

I’ve been coming back for three years. The location is perfect, security feels solid, there’s a convenience store nearby so I don’t have to go out, and the K limousine stop from Incheon is close—everything is super convenient. The thing that worries me is that the number of Japanese guests keeps rising and the room rates have been going up.

“Would have been good if mattress was not hard as a rock.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant buffets were good, and the balcony had great views. The bed mattress was rock hard, so we had to take painkillers; mattress toppers were not available and too pricey to buy.
