Hall carpet smells bad, no phone in room, floors 2‑4 ice machines all broken, room fridge didn’t work (they replaced it), bathroom fan was really loud and needed to be replaced, lighting was very poor.

Noise was constant and kept me from sleeping; trash pickup was at midnight.

The outside of the room areas seemed very clean and well‑maintained, but everywhere else it looked like a quick paint job, including the bathtub I was hoping to enjoy; parts of the faucet were quickly painted over and it looked like it had seen better days.
