“Very beautiful place with the sound of nature around, Bridgette was very helpful!”
The place was gorgeous, with the jungle sounds right outside the window. Everything was spot on, and the spot was just a short walk to the bus that takes you to Tortuguero the next day. Breakfast was tasty and gave us a good start.
The owner and his mother are very pleasant and try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
“Auf Luxus für kurze Zeit verzichten und dafür der Natur ganz nah sein”
The place is great, right on Rio Blanco, feels like sleeping in the jungle. In the morning we saw colorful frogs, a sloth, and toucans. Breakfast is great, the location is easy to get to. No luxury, but everything is clean and tidy. We wish we could stay longer and explore more of the river area.
“Super expérience et accueil”
We stayed right when we arrived in Costa Rica. Total jungle immersion, animal noises, frogs… The host who just took over the B&B with his mother was very friendly and even showed us frogs and a sloth hanging in a tree above. Breakfast was good and the room was comfy. Value for money.
We had an excellent stay at Casa Rio Blanco. Bridgette and her mom welcomed us with kindness and attention. The room was cute, comfy, and charming. The place is really relaxing, perfect for a quiet moment in nature. Breakfast was delicious and loved by the whole family. Bridgette gave great tips for exploring, especially meeting Don José, who was a highlight thanks to his amazing knowledge of sloths and the surrounding nature. She also recommended great restaurants and other local activities.
