The staff were very courteous and helpful, excellent value for money, and the location is definitely good. Absolutely recommended. If possible, a sheet explaining the hot tub features would be appreciated.

The location and the kindness of the cleaning lady and the check‑in were positives. The room was noisy; you could hear the whole neighborhood. The bathroom had no hot water. The bidet had no pressure, only a thin stream of cold water. The shower had low pressure and was just lukewarm. Only the sink worked, but you couldn’t wash everything in one basin. The toilet bowl was wobbly. I booked a balcony room. The balcony was a “playground” and unusable. A scaffold for roof repair was close to the balcony. The photos look better than reality. A pity because the location is great.

A perfect, unforgettable stay in the heart of Naples! We stayed at this small but delightful Boutique B&B and couldn’t have asked for more. The Via Toledo location is amazing, ideal for wandering the whole city. Our triple room was extraordinarily spacious, spotless, and featured a fantastic hot tub that was a real lifesaver for relaxing the back and feet after long walks and day trips! The bathroom was fabulous and the beds were super comfy. Special thanks to the owner, always available and kind, and always present before and during the trip. A huge shout‑out to the lady who takes care of the room setup: from the start she welcomed us with a brilliant smile and every day she tidied the room with precision and attention to detail, finding the room so perfect each night was a dream. 10/10 and praise, we’ll definitely come back!
