“Ambiente poco salubre”
The location and size were fine. We stayed at Papa101 for 7 days. It was very damp, with mold present. Our clothes smelled of mildew when we left, and the food and clothes got ruined by the humidity. Surfaces and fixtures were very dirty, and the air‑conditioning filters were grimy. We complained and asked for a refund right after arrival to find a cleaner, healthier place. Even though the situation was clearly unfixable due to damp and mold, we couldn’t leave because neither the host nor booking acknowledged the severity, even after we sent photos. The host only offered extra cleaning, and after that the place was still very dirty.
