The hotel’s location is fine, and the staff’s attention is fine. The proximity to the city center is fine. However, the contract should include aspects that protect not only the company but also the client; for example, I did not receive the promised hydrotherapy service, supposedly under maintenance. The pool service should run later, at least until 10 pm; guests leave during the day for errands and return late, yet the pool is unavailable because of a time limit. Who uses the pool during the day? There should be continuous coverage during day and night in case of emergencies. Breakfast should be varied and free of extra charges, since it’s already included with the accommodation; the price required for breakfast is very high compared to what is offered and served.

The room was pretty comfy and everything was spotless and well‑arranged, and breakfast was fine enough. Too bad you could hear a lot of noise from the next rooms and the hallway, the pool looked way bigger in the pictures, and the bed creaked constantly.
