The room and breakfast were satisfactory, yet it was unpleasant to see guests in slippers and pajamas at a five‑star hotel’s breakfast; the staff didn’t ask them to leave, which I think a hotel of this standard should have done.

the room, tv, toilet n beds are okay. 1. the fridge was not cold 2. could consider giving mineral water bottles for free instead of charging 3. to check bed covers are clean as we found stains 4. better spread of food for breakfast to meet 5 star standards 5. there was delay in check-in like after 3pm as our beds were not ready. the staff didnt call us to update on our rooms
