Despite hours of power outage—almost all day—there was no communication from staff and no backup generator.

The lock on the door got stuck, so we had to call the staff for help, but otherwise everything was fine.

The place was close to the centre and had a nice outdoor area in front of the room; the pool was also good. Over six nights we never got offered to change sheets, towels, or empty our trash bin. Some unannounced party went on all night in the pool with loud music, which was annoying when you wanted to sleep. Throughout the stay there was a weird smell in the bathroom.
