The hotel is fantastic, with perfect facilities: hot showers, comfortable beds, a heated room that was already warm when we arrived. The TVs work just right. Cleanliness is impeccable and the breakfast is complete, delicious, and fresh. Service is excellent; everyone is very friendly and ready to help. The hotel also offers a great lounge, TV room, a playroom that my nine‑year‑old daughter loved, with many educational games, books, and other activities, a playground and an outdoor garden, plus a kitchen that can be used for additional meals if needed. There is also free parking, very secure. The location is good, a quiet and safe spot. I highly recommend it.

“Tissiani, sempre muito bom.”

The hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast was solid, and overall housekeeping was good. The only thing that could use improvement is the beds—if they raised rates a bit, they should offer separate mattresses for couples instead of the spring ones, which detracts from the stay.
