The hotel’s policies were terrible.
The hotel was tidy and easy to get to, but when I arrived after the usual check‑in time the front‑desk staff refused to give me my reserved room, even claiming it wasn’t available, and only after a lot of back‑and‑forth did they hand me a room meant for kids.
“سيئة جدا حدا”
The service and staff were extremely bad, and their attitude was brutal.
The place was clean, but the smell was awful and the room drawers weren’t cleaned when I first arrived; it looked old and unclean.
I couldn’t locate my booking, yet the reservation was still confirmed.
