Nothing positive at all—the furniture in the room was chewed up by dogs, and the hotel never warned that dogs in carriers roamed everywhere; it’s clearly aimed at dog owners, yet the pool area isn’t separated from non‑dog guests, hygiene was terrible with dirty floors and lifts, the staff were rude and didn’t keep promises, so I left two days early and the hotline (KI Assistenz) offered no help; overall a horrible place with a terrible price‑performance ratio and definitely not recommended.

“Très standard, rapport qualité prix prestations médiocre”

Not much to say, except that it’s located on the beach. The hotel is too large for the number of guests it can accommodate. The top service doesn’t work; you have to wait for a breakfast table, for the elevators, for everything, even though you pay a certain price and are not warned. Breakfast isn’t extraordinary, just ordinary. The staff don’t speak English very well.

“Nice but swimming pool not Free !!”

A really nice pet‑friendly hotel close to the beach. You expect to use the swimming pool for free as a customer, but surprise! It costs 40,000 wons (28$) per person per day… even in 2026 it still happened. Imagine 5 days for two people: 800,000 wons (548$). Aside from that, the hotel would have received a nice review.

A huge, modern hotel right on the sea, with a beautiful, spacious, and very clean room. The staff were always extremely kind and helpful, and the sea view made the stay even more enjoyable. The only surprise was that the pool access was paid; given the hotel’s price, I expected it to be included. It might be normal in Korea, but for someone coming from Europe it feels quite unusual.

The sea was close by, but the elevator didn’t show which floor you were on, leading to long waits and a lot of inconvenience.
