The room was dirty, the water in the hotel was off, it was loud, and there were gaps under the door.

The cleaning staff was amazing and pleasant for my 4 day stay. 104 leaking ceiling and window in room. I told night shift and day shift about the leak at the front desk. By night 2 I had to use extra towels for the window and our ice bucket for the leak from the ceiling. I've been going here for a while with my 3 children and this was by far our worst experience and I left i $50 tip for house keeping cause kids can be messy. I called and talked to a "manager" they claim I never reported a problem. They need to watch the security cameras to see how many times I was at the front desk and when they walked into my room before calling my cell (there was no typical hotel phone in the room.) I understand all the flooding we have had and possible roof damage but we were ob the first level. The ceiling was damaged and leaking above the second bed

“Good place to stay while traveling”

Just passing through, this place is good to stay and close to the highways. The room was comfortable and clean, though it was just okay overall.

“It was okay but could’ve been better”

The king‑size bed was great, but the pillows were flat and had no covers. The tub, toilet, and sink were dirty, and the area around the toilet and behind it was also dirty. I had to go to the front desk and tell them, and they sent a housekeeper to clean the bathroom.
