Everything stayed spotless, and the staff kept busy, making sure every need was met with politeness and courtesy, always having personal items on hand—great place and people.

Safe, clean, and close to the bus station, everything was good.

I loved the design of it, it was very unique and like a prision style. Staff were friendly. Only thing I would give feedback on is on cleaning. Kitchen smelled like pee, bathrooms were not very clean most times, and rooms, lots of spiderwebs and i saw a coakroach

The common areas were a highlight and the kitties around added charm, but there were not many toilets and they were all unisex. For what you get, the price feels high.
