I was extremely upset with how the host treated a guest who had booked through Booking. The host tried to force the guest to cancel after the reservation had already been confirmed, and the guest had to find another room that wasn't satisfactory. The guest lost all benefits and the Booking staff didn't help at all. I complained via chat but received no adequate support. If I travel again, Booking will definitely not be my first choice.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the host's warm hospitality. However, I was a bit let down by the lack of services around the area, which seemed to be due to it not being peak season. As a result, many shops were closed, which was inconvenient.
