We stayed one night and were satisfied. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. A supermarket is nearby if you need something. I appreciated the (extra charge) service that let me leave my motorcycle safely in front of the room.

The apartment is cute and in a great spot, about a 20‑minute walk to the Sassi district, and the manager is very accommodating and sweet. The train passes right by the building, so it can be a bit noisy.

I had a flawless stay: communication with the owners was excellent, the rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, the kitchenette was comfortable and the bathroom was large. The shops and supermarket were very close. The only drawback was the difficulty finding parking next to the property, and the train tracks right in front of the entrance – trains run until late at night and early in the morning, which was a bit annoying with the window door open.

The location is good, and with patience you can park on the street. It’s comfortable, had a coffee machine, water heater, milk and breakfast items. There was no light, especially in the bathroom; the bathroom mirror was too high, the shower water leaked, and the shower hose wasn’t telescopic. It’s near the train line, but there’s no traffic at night.
