Breakfast was delicious with many great options, all of which were good. Everything else was excellent.

“We will not stay at this particular place again.”

The location was great, but the room looked worn, wasn’t cleaned, the beds were unmade, and the supplies hadn’t been restocked; the front desk staff simply said “Oh sorry.”

“Clean room, but not the best breakfast.”

The room was nice and clean, yet we asked twice on different mornings for the body wash to be refilled and it never happened; the pancake machine was unreliable—on the first morning a staff member finally managed two oddly shaped pancakes after fiddling with the machine, while on the second morning another staff member said it would work, eventually produced two pancakes that ended up on the counter without a plate, and I never received any pancakes that morning.

“A delightful stay after a long day.”

The hotel and its staff were welcoming and accommodating after a long day on the road, giving us a great room and a couple of bottles of water; however, parking is on two levels because the space where the hotel was built limited the builder and forced a two‑tiered parking lot.
