the hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the long distance train station. it is a pretty structure, with comfortable beds and pleasant staff, and fully functional elevator. the breakfast is frankly very meager - maybe because my stay was in the days immediately before Christmas, but the selection was frankly poor. there was also an issue with a very strongly scented disinfectant spray used throughout the room and bathroom, which was persistent even after 3 days of open windows (in winter), and which gave me a very strong "allergic reaction" headache (I discussed this with the staff)

The highlights of my stay were undoubtedly the hotel's prime location and the warm hospitality extended by the staff. However, I was somewhat let down by the breakfast spread, which lacked an adequate representation of local specialties, a disappointment given the establishment's strong focus on catering to corporate clientele.

I'd give this place a mediocre score, and here's why. On the bright side, the hotel and my room were spotless and well-maintained. However, my experience was marred by the unfriendly staff at the reception desk, particularly the women - the men were somewhat more approachable. At breakfast, one of the ladies didn't bother to mention that you need to order eggs or coffee, instead opting to stand by the door and scrutinize every move you make, which I found utterly inappropriate.
