Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff, the beautiful surroundings, and the excellent service they provided for our Bromo tour. It was a fantastic experience that made our vacation truly unforgettable.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a fantastic location, but unfortunately, it showed its age. The cleanliness was a major issue, with dirty facilities and a toilet that needed some extra attention. The door's design allowed for a bit too much noise from the hallway, and the bed was quite firm, while the pillows were alarmingly soft. It was a bit of a mixed bag, but the location made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.
