Breakfast is just okay. The room needs an upgrade—rust on the tub, disgusting air vents, very dated décor, and no room cleaning. The room needs painting, the furniture was crumbling in spots, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the vents on the ceiling were furry! 😂

The location relative to the beach is good. The bathrooms are stuffy, the room refrigerator doesn’t work, and the air‑conditioning doesn’t cool well.

The breakfast was good and the lady at the breakfast area was very kind and friendly. The key card didn’t work when we returned to the room; after trying two more key cards, the front‑desk guy checked the entry box and found it faulty, so we had to change rooms. On the second night the fire alarms rang after midnight for a long time; they said it was the second time that day, and the fire department finally came to fix it. I also thought I’d booked a suite, but it was just a larger room with a sofa; the front desk said they couldn’t upgrade or change my room to a two‑room suite because I had booked with. The bathroom floor wasn’t very clean and the carpet felt dirty.
