The location was perfect for us. The only issue was that towels weren't changed as often as we would have liked.

Nothing positive. The only thing I did get was a full refund. We arrived after two hours of waiting in line, exhausted, and the next day we had to work all day. I had booked an air‑conditioned room, but the room was literally a hole, claustrophobic, on the first floor with a view of a pizzeria. The bathroom was a blind spot. We unloaded our luggage and immediately felt an absurd heat; I tried to turn on the AC and it didn't work. I called reception and they told me the AC didn't work and that the room was conditioned with a penguin. I looked around and wondered where the penguin was and how they could put it in that room. They said I should wait half an hour for a technician. While waiting I noticed there was no hole in the window for the pipe. In my naivety I thought they surely had air‑conditioners without a pipe. I was wrong. According to the owner I should have slept with a huge air‑conditioner attached to the bed (since there was literally no space), risking bronchitis and, with the window open, not sleeping between mosquitoes and groups of screaming young people at the open tables of the pizzeria. After having to raise my voice to make them understand that a “climatized room” meant there was a wall unit and after hearing “Madam, the listing does not specify the type of climate control,” I asked for a full refund, which they eventually gave. At 10 pm I had to find another place. I booked a ridiculous place for a prank. Horrible experience. Absolutely not recommended.

The location is excellent, very close to the station, and the umbrella, lounger, and beach service were kindly provided by the management even though we didn't request them. The bathroom drainage efficiency might need review, and the shower box is a bit small for people with line issues.
