The location was good, but the check‑in was confusing and the staff didn’t respect the queue, attending people randomly as they approached the desk, which was disappointing.

I slept on a comfy bed and the spot was right next to Congonhas airport. The shower area was a bit messy – soap residue stuck in the soap dish and shampoo holder, and the glass was dirty.
