I paid for parking because free spots were scarce, yet several people from the neighboring apartment complex walked through the lot and loitered among the vehicles parked in the security zone we had paid for; the area feels insecure, so why should we pay when we have a reservation? The pool closing time was inconvenient, but otherwise everything was fine.
