The TV remote was hard to use, the sound was unclear, and I couldn’t adjust it.

There was nothing I liked. The front desk lady was rude, the room was small and dirty.

Please add a simpler map because we got lost heading from the Fuhua Cultural Hall to the Presidential Office; we looped around the roundabout and then circled Zhongzheng Memorial Hall, losing about half an hour.

The staff were not good, giving a 5.0/10 score.

The location is convenient, the price is good value, the windows let in a lot of light, there are many shops nearby, the private bathroom has a shower and good water pressure. The Wi‑Fi is unreliable, slow, and often drops out. The air‑conditioner leaks water heavily, and even at the strongest setting it feels weak.
