How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
A flawless stay marked by comfort, elegance, and excellence in every detail. The service was attentive, the environment welcoming, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this place and would gladly return!

Only the air conditioning worked. Cleaning was lacking and there were no power outlets.

The staff were friendly and attentive, but the air‑conditioning control stuck in auto mode and never switched to ventilation.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant and courteous, which was the only thing that stood out. The room itself smelled like stale male sweat, looked nothing like the online pictures, and was full of broken, dirty furniture; breakfast was just cheese, a piece of bread, a biscuit and a cake, far from what was advertised.

The staff were genuinely attentive whenever I asked for anything, but the housekeeping left a lot to be desired – the rooms weren’t cleaned properly and the bedding was visibly dirty.
