“Decent could have been a lot better”
The rooms were a nice size, but the deck was sketchy on Wednesdays. The staff were rude and gave short, sharp answers to children when they asked for things. Breakfast staff were terrible, and the bar had only one short‑haired lady who helped but I couldn't even get her name. During our whole week there were no pizzas, and the reception staff seemed clueless—our guests had to inform them. Apparently the facility was under redevelopment, so there wasn’t enough food choice and nothing to eat locally after 6 pm.
