The pousada isn’t luxurious but it’s beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent cleanliness. The restaurant/bar on the ground floor is very friendly. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is good too. We were able to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. The staff member Fátima made a big difference; she’s wonderful and very charismatic.

The area is super clean and quiet, and it's really easy to get to the city centre from here. The price is great compared to other hotels around. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel restaurant serves a great dinner. My only gripe is that the carpet in the room could do with a replacement - it's a bit worn out.

This place is great, you get what you pay for and I had no complaints. The entrance can be a bit of a problem, it's always cluttered up - but that's not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.
