The staff were helpful, but the lack of hygiene was obvious as I saw hair and fur in the sink.

The staff were very friendly, and we received an upgrade; however, the coffee at breakfast could have been better.

The room was beautiful, the bathrooms were also nice and well air‑conditioned. The continental breakfast was excellent, there was a nice pool, an indoor parking lot, and a good rooftop restaurant with a view of the city and a warm, French‑speaking welcome. Everything you expect from a city hotel of this category was present. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to visit Athens and have a car, because from there you are ten minutes from a parking exchange with a metro (Agia Marina station, line M3) that takes you straight to the city centre—ideal and hassle‑free. The reception was not very warm and did not help with the luggage.

We really liked the staff’s friendliness and, of course, the pool; the triple room had perfect air‑conditioning, no noise on the third floor, and the coffee was delicious. However, the hotel’s restaurant didn’t live up to the hotel’s standards despite the very professional service, so it’s better to go down to the square by the sea for lunch.

Everything was almost flawless, far beyond what I expected. The underground parking was the only drawback; it’s narrow and steep, so getting in and out can be tough for some people. We were unlucky because a big local event happened that night, so we couldn’t sleep until 4 am.
