“Réservation de la chambre non respectée par l’hôtel + travaux dans chambre d’en face dès 08h00 du matin, sans être infor”

I have stayed at this establishment several times, and it’s perfect on the holiday route between France and Italy. I especially appreciate its functionality: a large parking lot close to the rooms, a pool, and Tesla chargers. However, I booked a room with a balcony and didn’t receive one. The front desk told me my reservation had been altered, so I’m unhappy because I paid more for the room and want a refund of the difference. Additionally, at 08:00 a.m. work began in the room opposite mine (see photos), which was extremely disruptive!
