The view faces the sea, but there’s no beach nearby except for a volcanic rock. The venue hosts regular events. You’re in a village about 10 minutes from Acireale.
“Tutto bello, ma...che musica!”
The property has a terrace overlooking both the sea and Etna, and the owner and staff were incredibly kind. Unfortunately my rating isn’t perfect because of a nearby bar that blasted music at very high volume until late night. That, along with the raucous young patrons, kept me from sleeping until 2 am. Given the situation, a sound‑proof window frame should be installed.
The room’s view was good, but the management’s reception was indifferent, more preoccupied with a wedding that disturbed us until 1 am than with our arrival. The next day, we received three messages about a check‑in that should have happened the day before, and they even rushed us back after our visit within two minutes. The front‑desk staff at breakfast were 10/10.
