Staff can communicate in English pretty well and really friendly. Dinner was excellent. Onsen is small but decent and not crowded. Room is very spacious and there's even a massage chair in our room. ☺️. More pillows would be nice. (Now only 1 pillow is provided). Location is a bit further out in the area

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The attentive staff and delicious food were just the beginning - the open-air onsen was truly breathtaking, and the kids' Yukata and play area were a lovely touch. However, I did find the toilet to be a bit cramped, and it would have been nice if the toilet and shower were separated for a more comfortable experience.

My main disappointment with the hotel was that it felt somewhat outdated.
