The location is only a 15‑minute walk from the historic centre, and Nicola was very helpful with great advice. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the courtyard parking spot was a big plus 👍. Nothing negative to mention.

Nicolas gave an excellent welcome, was very responsive, friendly, and offered good tips about Genoa. The room was large and clean, and the parking was appreciated. The property sits in a residential area, perfectly positioned for exploring Genoa. No negative points.

The room was very clean, housed in a quality residence, and its location made it easy to walk into the city centre. Having parking was a bonus because parking in Genoa is practically impossible. However, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and bedroom upon arrival. After 24 hours the smell faded once I ran water in the shower, bidet, and sink, then sealed the drains to stop the odor from rising.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes on foot from the city centre, in a quiet neighbourhood. The welcome was very good, with a city map and useful explanations, and a free parking spot was appreciated. The downside was that our ground‑floor room was dark because the window that faced the courtyard was hard to open.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre de Genes (à quelques minutes à pieds) le parking compris dans la chambre est parfait pour laisser son véhicule sans se soucier de trouver un parking, pour que le véhicule soit en sécurité et éviter aussi la Ztl L’équipe est super accueillante, arrangeante, à l’écoute ,serviable et de bons conseils (et parle même un peu français 👍🏻)
