The historic center was nearby but noisy, and the building was poorly maintained: the wardrobe was broken, the bathroom sink and shower door were damaged, the toilet was extremely dirty, the room windows were filthy, there was old dust under the bed, the breakfast was embarrassing with supermarket snacks past their expiry, coffee was missing, and the machine had no capsules—overall the price didn’t match the condition.

The location was great because it was super central, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, but it wasn’t the same room I had booked. I was woken at 7 am by construction workers in the building, and loud music came from outside until 3 am even with the blinds closed; soap was missing in the bathroom, and there was no hand‑washing soap.

The location was fine, but breakfast was presented as included while we only received a small basket of dry pastries and cookies that weren’t very edible; we were promised Wi‑Fi for our stay, yet after the first day it disappeared and we were left without connectivity for the rest of our time, despite assurances that it would be fixed.
