When we finally got in around 4:30 am, the rooms were spotless and we were grateful for that. The first room’s bathroom was broken and the toilet didn’t work, so we had to be moved to another room; they gave us a small discount, which we appreciated, but it was still uncomfortable. We also noticed there was no permanent staff at reception, and on a couple of occasions we had to wait a long time outside until the gate opened. These are details that could definitely be improved.
