“Luxuriös und geräumig”

The hotel feels ultra‑modern, spacious and downright luxurious, and the family room worked perfectly for us and our three kids; breakfast was fantastic with a rooftop view, parking was right in front, everything felt safe and the view over Skopje was simply stunning – an all‑around great hotel.

The place was spotless and stylish, the staff were lovely, skilled and spoke excellent English, and the bar on the 6th floor was gorgeous enough to merit a visit, though my room turned out to be very tiny.

Everything from the clean, nicely furnished room to the tasty, varied breakfast was great, and the view from both the room and the skybar was the cherry on top.

The property is well‑equipped in terms of price‑performance and has a nicely designed interior; from the outside you might think everything inside is professional and high quality, but the material used for the faucets and the staff quality are far from it. The personnel were terrible—more like being forced into a guest’s home than working there. Their condescending attitude ruined the service quality, leaving the hotel meaningless. We wanted to leave early; the sky bar staff and the receptionist who greeted us at night were rude and unprofessional, giving us an unforgettable experience. I never recommend this place; there are already many bad reviews about the staff on various platforms, but I never imagined it would be this bad.

The location is great with a fantastic view. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping could definitely improve—not only should towels be changed daily, but they should also wipe down surfaces and vacuum occasionally.
