Roberto is the friendliest person I've ever met; he let us arrive much later than usual because my train was delayed, and he was flexible on everything. He even offered to pick us up, but we had already been traveling. He welcomed us with sweets, water, coffee, and bread, and in the morning he told us we could have breakfast from what he has for guests—yogurt, milk, cereal, etc. The room was immaculate, the kitchen was just as clean, and the bathroom was superbly tidy. He told us to feel at home, and we did. The place is beautiful, though we couldn't enjoy the garden because we were out exploring Rome. The lodging is a 12‑minute walk from Santa Maria Delle Mole train station. From Termini to Velletri, you get off at Sta. MA. Delle Mole—watch the schedules. By the way, there's a fantastic restaurant called IL PICCOLO DIAVOLO near the station where we dined; the food was delicious and not expensive, with a variety of home‑style dishes and pizzas. Overall, I give Roberto and his place, as well as the region, a 200% rating. Everything we experienced over those two days was fantastic. Thank you so much, ROBERTO! It was a pleasure meeting you. Absolutely everything we liked.
