The staff were very helpful, but the bathroom was broken; they came to fix it, yet as soon as I removed the chain it kept failing. I also didn't like having to tell them the night before what I wanted for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. For those on a tight budget, this hotel offers good value. However, the hotel is also used for events like birthdays, and after one such event we heard music and people from our room until about 1 a.m.; as a young couple it didn’t bother us much, but if you’re looking for quiet it could be an issue. Public transport is also not very convenient.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was tailored to us, and parking was free. We received a welcome drink, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and it’s an ideal base for trips to Pompeii, Naples, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast. However, the bathroom lacked towel hooks and had insufficient storage for cosmetics.
