The establishment was clean and offered good value for money.

The hotel sits right in the town centre and the air conditioning worked great, but the room isn’t soundproof – in the mornings you can hear the bells as if you were ringing them yourself.

The room was roomy, bright, and spotless, and you could reach it by lift; the location was perfect, right in the town square, and the hotel had plenty of facilities. Check‑in and check‑out were a breeze, and I could even get an early check‑in and a late (ish) checkout. The downside was that the room faced the town square and the noise from a musical performance and bar crowds continued well past midnight. There was no Wi‑Fi password posted in the room and the staff were only reachable by phone – you couldn’t just walk down to reception to ask. The room smelled strongly of tobacco when I arrived, and the toilet made unsettling noises all night, waking me a couple of times.
