The site, cleanliness, and front‑desk staff were all helpful. I was annoyed by cleaners working near the room doors and the vacuuming during guests’ downtime.

Everything worked well; it’s the best option in Nizwa. The property is solid and the staff are welcoming. The only thing that could use work is the parking shade.

Getting in was a breeze. At night, noises from other rooms and hallways could be heard.

The location is good and the room is clean, yet the washroom doors have no locks.
