The hotel was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very clean; the staff were friendly yet not overbearing, the room was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable, and the grounds were pretty. Breakfast was adequate but could have offered more options, especially more hot dishes; the dinner restaurant looked promising but disappointed with the limited choices and food quality, and having a car is essential since there are no dining spots nearby.

The stay at Quinta de Silvalde was marvelous from the first minute to the last. The room was very large and comfortable, with a super‑cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. The facilities are beautiful and clearly cared for by the staff. Breakfast and dinner were spectacular, a true culinary fantasy that deserves all our praise for the kitchen service. Every hotel employee was very helpful, kind, and eager to assist us at all times. Thank you for letting us disconnect so much and return home recharged. We will definitely come back ☺️

Our three‑night family stay with the dog in the separate Casa Do Loureiro was simply spectacular; we loved the spa, the pool and the bike ride they offer guests, and the breakfast was deliciously prepared and served with great care. The dinners blew us away – the service, the plating and the flavors of every dish and dessert were outstanding, and we’re grateful to Diana and the whole staff for always greeting us with a smile.
