The apartment sat right next to the stunning Piazza del Comune; for an extra fee you could have breakfast at Hotel Dellearti and use secure parking within a few dozen meters. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and Italian coffee, and appreciated the quiet, efficient air‑conditioning. The only issue was that the high windows were hard to close.

The location and the fact it sleeps four were positives, but the place was extremely noisy and poorly insulated, there was no cleaning between the two nights and a few cockroaches appeared. It would be helpful to list the hotel del Arte directly in the contact details to avoid wasting time.

The location was simply gorgeous and everything needed was within walking distance; the rooms and bathroom were clean and wide. However, we were assigned a room meant for people with physical limitations, which made the toilet and shower inconvenient for us— the toilet was very high and the shower was only on the upper floor.

The welcome, cleanliness, location, and breakfast were all excellent. If you have mobility issues, note that our room was in an old annex building without an elevator.
