The place is well maintained, exceptionally clean, and the breakfast is good; it isn’t in the town centre but a 20‑minute walk away, and a lovely market is a few blocks away.

Excellent. A lovely stay, just a 5‑minute walk from the tram, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and well catered, and the friendly cockatoo Cocatoo was lovely. Nothing wrong.

The shower, bed, air‑conditioning, and breakfast were fine, but there was a parrot in the breakfast room that pooped on the floor.
