“Really disappointed will never return”

The hotel is poorly managed; we booked one night, arrived to a room already occupied—guest belongings were still there, which is irresponsible. We were then given a second room that wasn’t ready: beds unmade, towels on the floor, no housekeeping done. The place has potential but the owners and management are a joke.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel, the service was wonderful, especially the young guy at the reception who was very friendly, and the bartender was great. Everything was fine.

“Perfekter ruhiger und außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt in Side !”

The owners and the organization were simply perfect; there are always minor things that could be improved, but overall I am very satisfied. I originally booked a two‑day stay and extended it by seven days immediately. Everything is running smoothly so far and I feel very well taken care of. Elena goes out of her way and always strives to make everything as pleasant as possible. Thank you for that! I am very satisfied and convinced that it can only get better.

Everything about the accommodation pleased me, especially the exceptional friendliness and warmth of the hotel owner and the entire team. Traveling alone, it was important for me to feel comfortable and safe – and that feeling was conveyed from the start. All staff were attentive, helpful and courteous without ever seeming forced. I felt welcomed and well cared for at all times. I also liked how the time management felt almost friendly; guests were treated not just as patrons but as people. Minor issues did not affect my overall positive impression at all; I was very satisfied with my stay.
