Hotel Alga

The gardens and pool were great, but the room didn’t have a balcony.

The facilities were fantastic, but the breakfast could use some improvement.

The room’s bed, the quiet, the facilities, the pool, the gardens, and the charming staff were all great. I liked everything.

The hotel’s location and exterior were lovely, and the staff were very friendly and everything was clean and well‑maintained. I wish the corridors in the guest‑room area had been refreshed, and I think the restaurant area doesn’t have an elevator, which makes it a bit hard to reach for people with mobility issues.

The hotel sat in a beautiful spot with a stunning view of the pool and the sea from our room. The common areas were spacious and charming. It was a 5‑minute walk to the beach, not long, but the return path had a steepish hill. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The grounds were lovely, with plenty of seating and shade under the trees. The bar served very good lunches and drinks all day. The pool was large, clean, but opened late at 11 am, so I would have liked to swim before breakfast. We didn’t use the padel court or the gym. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Rafa who was outstanding. We ate in the restaurant most nights; the food was very good, though it didn’t have much atmosphere. We both really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
