The reception team was mostly very polite and attentive – about 90 % of them – but one night‑shift employee dealt with us rather brusquely; we chose to overlook it because the rest of the staff far exceeded our expectations.

The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. The shower had separate hot and cold taps, but the cold tap wasn’t working to mix with the hot water, so when I arrived late at night I had to shower in very hot water, which was unpleasant. I request maintenance to fix this for future guests.

We had an event in the Anhembi district, so the location was very convenient, and all the staff were very friendly, especially Rodrigo at reception who helped us contact a taxi driver after we lost an important bag and we were able to recover it. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooms were spacious with air conditioning and comfortable beds. One evening we had dinner at the hotel and the service was quick. The only issue (probably related to the weather) was that there were some damp stains in the bathroom.

The room was quiet, the bed was huge and super comfy, the cleaning was excellent, and the size of the room surprised me. I loved my stay.
