The hotel is lovely, quirky, and old with plenty of character, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast spread was solid and the hotel sits in a convenient spot, plus parking was easy and the front desk greeted us nicely. However, navigating the building felt confusing, the stairways were cramped in spots and it was a bit of a maze—understandable given the historic structure. The rooms lacked good soundproofing and seemed a bit worn.

Location was good. Room was just ok. I paid for a better room and didn't feel there was anything better about it. The flooring creeked really badly so going to the bathroom made an awful noise. Shower was ok but not great. I know it's an old building but it felt it. Didn't get any info about food availability at the hotel when we arrived just pointed the general way to our room. It just lacked any personal touch
