We relaxed in our own space, cooking together and enjoying meals without a TV or clock, which made family time fly by; the bath was a short walk away, felt like an open‑air soak with the window open, and the traditional‑house vibe was the best part. Even though it looked like an old‑style house, the kitchen and plumbing were clean and stylish, and the hospitality felt very thoughtful. It was simply perfect, with no complaints at all.

I loved the rustic, old‑time atmosphere, even though it felt a bit small from an American point of view; it was cozy and homely. The sea was nearby, and I wish I had more time to explore the mountains, but I liked the view. The little rock garden by the bath and shower was nice, and the water pressure was good. Hobo Bakery was close and very nice; I felt bad because I don’t speak enough Japanese to order, so we had to guess a bit, but the food was great. I wish the nearby shore was open, but it’s closed for work right now. You can walk or take the train up the coast to a spot where you can chill.
