“The value for money isn’t great😅”

The rooms and bathrooms were generally clean, though the facilities felt a bit dated; the pool was small but deep enough for adults, yet it was disappointing to find cigarette butts in the children’s pool area, and the signage to the pool was poorly marked, making it hard to find at first; breakfast was not offered, so I had to grab a tasty bowl of pho from a nearby shop and take it to the room; the location was close to the city center, convenient for exploring; the staff varied in friendliness, with the security officer and housekeeping being kind, but a desk employee seemed annoyed when I asked questions, making me feel a bit uneasy; the room was clean, the location was good, and I appreciated that I could leave my luggage after checkout; overall, while these positives might make me stay again, I don’t feel the hotel offers good value for money and would not revisit.

I stayed at the hotel for 11 nights. The location is very convenient, almost no need for a taxi. I was on the 12th floor in a corner room, which let me enjoy a panoramic view of the city, sea and mountains. Cleaning was daily. The room was tidy, but there was a strong noise between rooms. In the adjacent room, children started their games at 10 pm and didn’t quiet down until midnight, and you could hear everything happening behind the door: the elevator, the housekeeping staff moving through rooms and cleaning. I also want to point out that the hotel has no decent breakfasts; they’re aimed only at Asians, and it would be nice to add European options. There is no safe in the room.

The room was clean, the front desk was polite, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and cheerful. The room is a bit far from the beach, but in return there’s a market and plenty of food around.

“1st var der ingen rengøring af værelset. Da vi boede der i 2 nætter. Personalet var uhøfligt og beskyldte os for tar tin”

The market was conveniently close, yet the staff made false accusations and handled the booking unprofessionally. We booked four rooms and had a terrible experience: no fresh linens or cleaning were provided even though we stayed two nights and three days.
