The manager was very attentive and took care of everything; shortly after we arrived he knocked on our door to invite us to the nearby lake where elephants could be seen, which was super fun. The food was well prepared, including a good Sri‑Lankan breakfast. The new part of the hotel looks nice. The mattresses let the feathers through, and the bathroom was not what you expect in a resort. The rooms need a makeover.

“Great three star hotel”

The location was beautiful, with a lovely garden full of nature and even elephants nearby; I saw one last night while walking past the front gate. The air‑conditioning worked well, though my room lacked a kettle, cups, and bottled water; I asked for a kettle and water and they were provided promptly. The food was absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend staying and eating here, and there is nothing to complain about.
