The cleanliness and reception were excellent, flexible, and helpful, but a small thing—if they installed a star‑shaped shade, it would block the light in the coffee corner.

Excellent customer service, very clean, spacious rooms with good décor, and a shuttle to Haram; it’s close to the airport. The coffee could be better, and I hope they start offering breakfast soon.

Everything was exceptional, and there was nothing to complain about.

The place was clean and quiet, but its location felt a bit detached from life.
