Location. Sheets and blankets overlapped; it felt itchy on the body.
“Waste of money.”
The whole place was awful. No room had the basics or worked properly. Staff were short and seemed more focused on profit than service. Even though I've stayed in run-down motels, those were clean and functional, with no leaks or loose drywall. Here the leak started and only worsened. We had to swap towels to get clean ones, even after the leak. Housekeeping never came, even when asked, and never collected trash from the room. I called hoping for a refund because we had to leave after the ceiling collapsed and management ignored us. The front desk had no staff and didn't answer the phone; you had to use your own phone to reach them because the rooms had no phones.
